ZeroToCode Africa was formed in 2020 after my participation in the Mozilla Open LeadersX program run by Digital Grassroots. The project was also fueled by my recognition award as Outstanding Educator in 2019 at The African Women In tech Conference.

Having participated in community projects, I noted a wide digital skills gap especially for students in underserved communities.

I therefore create unique, context-based programming curricula that is delivered in a playful manner.

I add an aspect of unplugged activities, meaning students without computing  resources can still access this content and enjoy learning digital skills using games and tools around them.

As of June 2021, I have curated content for 3 topics all covering basic digital skills, each with at least 3 lessons.
